Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy across Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Kent, and Renton. Roles start with competitive hourly rates and require active RBT or CBT certification, plus training support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB or CBT certification through the WA Department of Health is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
