Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor essential.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to promote learning and positive outcomes.
