Job description

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of top pediatric specialists.

Our Registered Behavior Technician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care. Registered Behavior Technicians at Eyas Landing work directly with Merlin Day Academy clients aged 6-12 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success. Registered Behavior Technician Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Our Registered Behavior Technicians focus on the following interventions:

  1. Applied Behavior Science
  2. Compassionate Care
  3. Behavior Modification and Management
  4. Supervision with team of BCBAs
  5. Family and Team Collaboration and Education

Registered Behavior Technician Education Requirements:

  1. BACB Active RBT Certification required
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred
  3. Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus
