Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking RBT/BT staff to deliver center-based ABA services for children. You will work under a BCBA, implementing evidence-based strategies and collecting data to track progress.

The role emphasizes a supportive, structured environment with supervision, ongoing training, tuition discounts, and opportunities for professional growth. RBT certification support is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children required.
• RBT certification required within the first four months for BT role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using reinforcement, prompting, NET, and DTT.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, and team members to support high-quality care.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, positive, engaging, and supportive environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development to strengthen your clinical skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.

• Maintain confidentiality & uphold all ethical & professional standards.

What You Bring & Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA, childcare, preschool, education, or behavioral health experience a plus.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable in an active, center-based environment.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

If You are an RBT

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.

If You are a BT (Not an RBT yet) No Problem

• RBT certification is required within the first four months of employment.
  • Hand Over Hand will provide support and guidance toward obtaining RBT certification.
