Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Knoxville, IA. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, collaborating with a clinical team to follow care plans.

No experience? Paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexibility, opportunities for advancement through BCBA partnerships, and a supportive environment focused on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
