Heartland ABA is hiring Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialists (RBT) for in-home or community-based ABA services in Dallas Center, IA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, record data, and work with a clinical team to implement individualized plans.

Great if you have experience in education or related fields; no experience? Paid training is provided. All positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for ongoing advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate.
• Patience and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
