Job summary

ABA Squad, located in Saint Charles, Missouri, is seeking a Part-Time RBT to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism. The role includes implementing clinical programs, training parents, and data collection under the guidance of a behavior analyst.

The ideal candidate must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, possess strong communication skills, and be adaptable. Competitive pay ranges from $20.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on certification and experience, along with additional benefits such as flexible scheduling and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
