Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and to implement BCBA-designed treatment plans. The role involves data collection, collaboration with families, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates will have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour RBT course, a High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), and reliable transportation for
