Hopebridge in Maumee, OH is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children on the autism spectrum reach meaningful milestones. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans in a caring, clinical setting.

Earn $18–$20 per hour based on experience and RBT certification, with paid training. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, on-site work, and benefits including paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you’ve ever thought possible
