Hopebridge in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in a compassionate clinical setting. This on-site role features a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay of $20–$22 per hour, and comprehensive on-the-job training with certification support.

You will learn from BCBA-led plans, assist with skill acquisition and communication, complete progress notes, and participate in in-center celebrations and professional

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
