Action Behavior Centers in Maple Grove, MN seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturday shifts based on patient needs.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, data collection, and engaging activities to promote learning, while maintaining safety and a positive, collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification; willing to obtain within 20 days of hire.
• High school diploma required; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team.
