Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atlantic City to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to support successful outcomes.

In this role, you will help empower children to express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment while maintaining a safe and positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
