Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks compassionate RBTs for Paxton Hub to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time positions offer flexible hours and immediate access to pay.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, record data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help children reach their goals. RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
