Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our Downtown Orlando team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on data collection, running individual teaching sessions, and maintaining therapy spaces for pediatric clients.

The candidate must be an RBT with BACB certification, have at least two years of college in progress toward a bachelor’s, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) by the BACB.
• Completed at least 2 years of college with anticipated graduation date; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collect data daily on each child's performance, including acceleration and deceleration.
• Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned, with schedule changes daily.
• Keep therapy rooms clean and orderly.
• Cares for child in toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and self-care tasks.
• Communicate session outcomes with parents or caregivers.
• Develop training materials updated with current technologies.
• Graph data as assigned and design data sheets.
• Provide input for programmatic decisions and attend weekly staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as required and adhere to Nemours policies.
