Job summary

An autism service provider is seeking an Autism Support Professional (RBT) to work closely with children using ABA techniques to promote skills in communication and social interaction. The role requires a high school diploma and a passion for working with children, along with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to support children.
• Maintain accurate data on child progress during sessions.
