Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time positions. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, recording progress and adapting plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to maintain calm under challenging situations. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the ABA field and flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
• Need to be comfortable working in clients' homes or community locations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans and skill-building programs
