Job summary

Applied ABC in Riverview, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing ABA therapy plans and supporting the development of social, communication, and behavioral skills under BCBA supervision.

You will collect and analyze data, collaborate with families to ensure outcomes, participate in team meetings, and pursue ongoing training and professional development to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans and protocols for clients with ASD
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions

• Support clients in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to advance professional development
