Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks like walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
