Job summary

HeartlandABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. The role offers flexible, part-time hours with Same Day Pay and no minimum case requirements.

You will be part of a robust clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording data, and engaging families to support client progress. Paid training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Engage families and provide a positive learning environment.
