Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support clients’ goals, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress.

Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and paid training. RBT certification is required prior to working, and a six-month commitment is encouraged to drive meaningful change in our clients’ lives.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
