AMARE DIGNITAS INC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians in Oakland, CA. This part-time position requires 10-20 hours per week and provides $21.00 - $28.50 per hour. Qualifications

• Completion of the registered behavior technician (RBT) certification process is required.
• Ongoing training in evidence-based strategies will be provided.
• Strong understanding of patient care and behavioral health practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to clients in home and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
