Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home or community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services and help implement individualized care plans.

This role offers part-time hours with paid training, opportunities for clinical team collaboration, and a path toward BCBA supervision. You’ll record session data and engage families to reinforce progress.

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
