Ieaschool seeks a Special Education Teacher for a small, innovative autism program in Bergen County, NJ. This is a full-time, 12-month role supporting students aged 3–21 with comprehensive instruction and data-driven progress tracking.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with preference for experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and ABA-related supervision. This position requires collaboration with families, teachers, and specialists to promote student growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ABA experience preferred.
• Experience with autism and related therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct individuals with autism, ages 3–21, in language, social, academic, daily living, self-help and advocacy skills.
• Collect and graph data, communicate with colleagues and parents, and provide home support to families.
• Assist in program development and collaborate with the educational team.

Special Education Teacher needed for a small, innovative education program for individuals with Autism in Bergen County, NJ. The position is a full-time, 12-month position.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Preference will be given to those with experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include instructing individuals with autism, ages 3-21, in a wide variety of skill areas, including (but not limited to) language, social interaction, academic skills, daily-living skills, self-help and advocacy skills, recreation and leisure skills. Additional responsibilities include collecting and graphing data, communicating with colleagues and parents, and providing home support services to the family.
