Job summary

Heartland ABA in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This role offers part-time hours with Same Day Pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to gain experience with BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
