Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in Pearson, GA. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

This in-person role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay ranging from $20 to $33 per hour, strong supervision, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
