Behavior Plus ABA in Memphis area is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans and contribute to growth, independence, and joy through evidence-based ABA therapy.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time options and opportunities for advancement into Lead RBT or BCBA roles, with pay ranging from $20 to $26 per hour and monthly bonuses for performance.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.
