  • Identify and mark‑up corrosion loops, circuits, CMLs, and inspection points directly on drawings and digital models
  • Support degradation mechanism assignment by reviewing process conditions, materials, and operating envelopes
  • Assist in developing inspection strategies, PoF/CoF inputs, and risk ranking outputs under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Perform data mining and data cleansing from EPC deliverables, vendor packages, and operational records
  • Upload, structure, and validate integrity data within RBI/IDMS platforms (Antea, Meridium/APM, Synergi, Credo, Aware, etc.)
  • Support the preparation of RBI reports, inspection plans, and technical documentation for EPC reviews
  • Ensure all RBI work complies with Client standards, international codes, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with Corrosion, Mechanical and Inspection teams to resolve data gaps and ensure consistency across deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. Lack of Bachelor degree can be substituted with minimum 5 years of proven experience as RBI practitioner.
  • Proven experience executing RBI studies within EPC or operational environments
  • Minimum 3 years combined experience (EPC + Operational) is mandatory, but 5+ years' experience is preferred
  • Experience with RBI/IDMS platforms is essential (e.g., Antea, Meridium/APM, DNV Synergi, Credo, Intertek Aware)
  • API 580 qualified or minimum 5 years proven experience in executing RBI Assessments
  • API 581 training is an advantage
  • AMPP/NACE certifications (Corrosion or CP) are beneficial but not essential
  • API 571 familiarity is preferred for degradation mechanism assignment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and isometrics
  • Ability to extract, validate, and structure technical data for RBI models and IDMS platforms
