Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is seeking a detail-oriented Milk Receiving/Processing Helper to pump incoming raw milk from tanker trucks into storage tanks, recording volumes, temperatures, and ensuring GMP compliance. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, safety, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior production experience or relevant certifications may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pump incoming milk from tanker into storage tanks and record volumes
• Perform CIP on tankers and silos and document each process
• Collect samples of raw milk for testing
• Weigh tanker and record weight and temperature readings
• Report food safety/quality issues to management
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with GMP and all regulations
