Job summary

You will handle and prepare raw meat products, follow GMPs, and maintain sanitation while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. Prior manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required; strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare raw meat products according to established production procedures.
• Sort, trim, inspect, and process raw materials for production.
• Load raw materials into production equipment as required.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients and products.
• Monitor product quality and ensure GMPs and safety compliance.
• Complete production records and documentation as required.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
