Job summary

Solenis in the United States is seeking a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to coordinate inbound and outbound freight and procure raw materials for Manufacturing and Tableting & Packaging (T&P). You will work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure material availability and efficient product movement.

The role requires strong SAP expertise (MIGO, transfers, PGI, STOs), solid MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP knowledge including MIGO, transfers, PGI, picking, deliveries, shipments, STOs and inventory adjustments.
• Ability to partner with internal stakeholders and adapt to changing production and inventory plans.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials and components for the main plant based on direction from the production team.
• Procure components for T&P as directed by the T&P production team.
• Collaborate with production teams to determine product availability for shipment to T&P.
• Manage third-party finished goods for direct customer sale or repackaging at T&P.
• Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound rail shipments.
• Create and maintain regulatory and shipping documentation for non-company-produced products stored at external facilities.
• Supervise and direct the Shipping Department, including coordination of loading/unloading, intra-plant truck freight, and shipping documentation.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound freight, as well as procuring raw materials to support Manufacturing and Tableting & Packaging (T&P) operations. The position works closely with production and logistics teams to ensure materials availability and efficient product movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials and components for the main plant, based on direction from the production team
• Procure components for Tableting & Packaging (T&P), as directed by the T&P production team
• Collaborate with production teams to determine product availability for shipment to T&P
• Manage third-party finished goods for direct customer sale or repackaging at T&P
• Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound rail shipments
• Create and maintain regulatory and shipping documentation for non-company-produced products stored at external facilities
• Supervise and direct the Shipping Department, including:
• Coordination of loading and unloading activities
• Management of intra-plant truck freight
• Completion of all required shipping documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of SAP, including (but not limited to):
  • MIGO, material transfers, PGI, picking, deliveries, shipments, STOs, and inventory adjustments
• Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and adapt to changing production and inventory plans
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of manufacturing or related experience
• 5+ years of SAP experience in inventory management and material planning
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a union environment

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
