Our client, a well-established electric utility company, is seeking an experienced Rates & Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory strategy, rate case development, and compliance initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial and operational objectives by managing interactions with state regulatory agencies, developing cost-of-service studies, preparing rate filings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in electric utility rate design, regulatory affairs, financial analysis, and utility operations, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Rates and Regulatory Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position, meaning you'll enjoy the flexibility of splitting your time between working from home and our state-of-the-art office.
