Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring machine operators for Raque or Mondini dispensers. The role features 10-hour rotating shifts and requires basic English proficiency to follow verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.

Pay is $23.90 per hour with overtime and a strong benefits package including 401(k) with company match and healthcare. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior food-manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
• Reading basic/standard English words and sentences to understand signs, policies and procedures.
• Speaking and understanding basic/standard words and sentences to obtain and relay information on policies and procedures.
• Must be able to speak and understand basic/standard words and sentences to establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the conveyor and Raque or Mondini are lined up correctly to avoid waste.
• Monitors catch pans and empties them when necessary.
• Prevents ingredients from becoming packed in machine to avoid downtime.
• Clears jams that occur.
• Loads the raque or mondini with cheese or topping throughout shift.
• Calculates product yield every hour.
• Communicates well with all team members and departments (other operators, supervisors, maintenance, QA, etc.).
• Follows all safety procedures and wears proper protective equipment.
