Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to bedside urgent/emergent situations as a roving RN.
• Provide advanced assessments and autonomous bedside care.
• Collaborate with Critical Care and House Supervisors on triage and care continuity.
• Document care per department standards and participate in performance improvement data collection and debriefings.
