NKC Health is seeking a Rapid Response Registered Nurse to support patients with evolving conditions in our Kansas City facility. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with the care team to intervene early and stabilize at-risk patients.

The role requires 2 years of critical care experience, Missouri RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 12 months of hire. Advanced EKG skills and basic computer proficiency are also expected.

Qualificações

• 2 years of critical care experience.
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills.
• Missouri RN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide safe, therapeutic nursing care to patients with changing conditions.
• Collaborate with staff to determine other patients at risk for deterioration and coordinate timely interventions.
• Support staff and help coordinate care to ensure early interventions and patient safety.
