Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Must Pass Background Check (Required).
• Must Pass DOT Check (Required).
• Must Support Occasional Weekend and On Call Schedules (Required).

Responsibilities

• Be available for on-call rotation (restoration is a 24/7/365 industry).
• Core Values: embody and uphold the five core values in all aspects of work.
• Field Operations: perform hands-on restoration and remediation across multiple loss types.
• Site Management: keep work sites clean, safe, and organized following OSHA standards.
• Equipment, Vehicle & Supply Management: maintain trucks and ensure availability of tools and supplies.
• Compliance & Safety: adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: complete paperwork timely and maintain expenses/notes.
• Customer Experience: uphold professionalism to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Physical Demands: meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Be available for on-call rotation and respond quickly to new jobs.
