Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking self-motivated, proactive teammates to join our restoration team. You will respond to emergencies and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, or other damage.

Qualifications

• Previous handyman or construction experience.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment requirements to supervisors.
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site cleanup.
