Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (AGACNP or PA) for the Rapid Response Team/CCOT and ICU Support Team. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) role requires an AGACNP or PA license and preferably critical care experience.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus applies to eligible candidates. The APP will work with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate acute changes, stabilize patients, and support ICU transitions.

Qualifications

• APN (AGACNP) or PA license required.
• Experience in Critical Care or rapid response preferred.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Obtains and documents health histories and conducts focused exams with plan of care.
• Collaborates with primary teams and intensivists to evaluate and stabilize patients.
• Orders, interprets, and documents diagnostic data and interventions.
• Prescribes therapies within scope and initiates appropriate referrals and transfers.
