Job summary

Toyota of Midland is seeking a Lube Tech/Quick Lube to inspect and lubricate vehicles efficiently and thoroughly. You will perform multipoint inspections, communicate needs to service advisors, and maintain vehicle fluids and components.

The role offers opportunities to grow within a dealership that values ongoing training and safety compliance. Prior helper or apprentice experience is preferred, and a valid driver license is required.

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends written instructions.
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance tasks.
• Must have a valid driver license and ability to operate manual transmissions.
• Prior experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly and thoroughly.
• Perform multipoint inspections and communicate service needs to advisors.
• Service universal joints, greese fittings, and steering knuckles with grease guns.
• Check fluid levels in steering gears, transmissions, and differentials.
• Inspect tires and replace oil and air filters as needed.
• Adhere to dealership safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify additional repairs and inform the service team.
