Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a TOPS Community Manager Specialist to provide on-site leadership across communities during staffing transitions, vacancies, or acquisitions. This role mirrors a standard Community Manager with rapid deployment and stabilization duties, including compliance with policies and service standards.

Assignments include multifamily, affordable, BTR, active adult, or student housing, with travel up to the assignment requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of property management experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to learn and use on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities in line with Asset Living expectations.
• Provide short-term supervision and direction to on-site staff; support hiring and training.
