Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Rapid Response Caregiver to support aging adults in the Hopkinsville area. You’ll provide non-medical care, companionship, and flexible coverage during urgent or last-minute requests, ensuring comfort and dignity for each client.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, reminders for medications, and coordination with families. Open 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and weekend on-call rotation are required; driving may be needed in multiple counties.

Qualifications

• Open availability 8:00 AM–8:00 PM with weekend on-call rotation.
• Willingness to travel across multiple counties.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if providing transportation).
• Pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
• Heart for caregiving with professional demeanor.
