Job summary

Jesuit College Prep of Dallas is seeking a Ranger Connection Staff Member to support the store's daily operations. The role involves assisting the Store Manager, managing inventory, operating the register, and processing online orders within a fast-paced campus retail environment.

The position is part-time (about 20 hours per week) and non-exempt, requiring reliable teamwork, effective communication with staff, guests, and volunteers, and basic computer skills including POS systems and Office

Qualifications

• Retail store experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels in the organization, school guests and volunteers.
• Advanced writing skills with an ability to effectively communicate with vendors.
• Ability to efficiently deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and other programs within the Microsoft Office suite and Dropbox.
• Experience with point-of-sales systems and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Store Manager in running the Ranger Connection during normal business hours and after hours as needed.
• Organizes and replenishes inventory on the floor and within online platforms.
• Manages a register and assists customers with sales.
• Assists with inventory management and reporting.
• Transports inventory from local vendors to the store as needed.
• Completes other ad hoc tasks and work as needed within the Ranger Connection spirit store.
