Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Firearms proficiency and basic knowledge a plus.
• Ability to obtain NRA Range Safety Officer certification and related certs with company help.
• Excellent customer service and persuasive abilities.
• Proven ability to operate a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Learn and proficiently operate the POS system with excellent customer service.
• Directly sell lane rental, firearm rental, shooting accessories, and retail items.
• Guide customers through the Shoot Smart experience for a safe, fun time.
• Maintain range safety and ensure policy compliance.
• Keep range clean and safe; complete tasks assigned by supervisors promptly.
