• Ensure the driving range remains clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing protective gear during collection.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting scheduled picking times.
• Assist with general range or grounds duties as needed.
• Provide courteous interaction with staff and guests when required.
• Perform duties in various weather conditions, including early mornings or evenings.

General Purpose:

To ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the driving range by collecting, maintaining, and restocking golf balls, while keeping the range clean, organized, and ready for guest use.

Pay:

$17 - $18

Essential Duties

• Collect golf balls from the driving range using a ball-picking vehicle or manual equipment
• Operate and maintain range-picking machinery safely and responsibly

Physical Demands

• Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands.
• Regularly reaches with hands and arms.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits.
• Able lift up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise

Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather). Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
