Job summary

Main Street Auto in Greensboro is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to join our fast-paced shop. You will be the go-to diagnostics expert, lead by example, and mentor a team of technicians to deliver accurate repairs and top-quality service.

Responsibilities include advanced diagnostics across makes and models, building accurate estimates with Service Advisors, staying current with evolving auto tech, and ensuring clean workspaces and thorough repair documentation while delivering a great

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required).
• Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus

Compensation:

$80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Summary:
