Qualifications

• At least 2 years in cattle industry.
• Proficient in saddling and riding horses; able to handle cattle.
• Experience operating tractors and farm equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain water sources, fencing, and forage to support cattle goals.
• Meet performance targets across livestock development stages.
• Operate within budget; suggest cost-saving ideas.
• Assist in resource planning and grazing strategies.
• Independently manage cattle health and nutrition programs.
• Maintain and repair fences, corrals, and equipment.
• Keep accurate cattle inventory and reporting.
