• Assist and ensure the Graham Center is clean, habitable, pleasing, and safe.
• Maintenance and upkeep of ranch buildings, barns, fences, and equipment.
• Maintenance and upkeep of pastures, paddocks, pens, and outdoor areas.
• Raking, cleaning, irrigation, and tree cutting.
• Maintain Graham Center vehicles with assistance from college motor pool.
• Maintenance of arena grounds for practices, jackpots, and schools.
• Prepare fields for planting and fertilizing.
• Cut and bale hay on schedule.
• Transport hay from fields to barn.
• Observe livestock for illness or injury.
• Supervise feeding of all livestock.
• Maintain livestock watering equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
