A leading wireless technology firm in Greenwood Village is seeking a highly skilled expert to develop and evaluate Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN) and 5G architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of RF hardware and LTE/NR protocols, solid experience in software development, and proven leadership abilities to guide projects while communicating effectively across teams. This role requires a strong technical background and offers opportunities for innovation in the wireless field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Development and Management.
• 2+ years in technology management with telecom providers or wireless vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate Wireless Radio Access Network and 5G architecture.
• Work on technology development and validation.
• Coordinate with vendors to test new firmware and software.

Skills

Knowledge of RF hardware and RF measurement instruments

Knowledge of LTE and NR layers

Familiarity with vRAN and MIMO technologies

Operational experience with 5G and 4G-LTE

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead complex projects

Education

BSEE or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
