The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy baggage. Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication with flight crews and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft on arrival and departure.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, tugs).
• Perform ground service tasks (GSU, water service, power).
• Assist with pushback and aircraft servicing.
