Qualifications

• Must have some lead experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Minimum 1 year experience in ramp operations.
• Excellent health and safety awareness is expected.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of ramp agents.
• Read and interpret load sheets per FAA/customer instructions.
• Operate ramp equipment as needed and oversee safety & asset integrity.
• Maintain professional image and discipline per Swissport rules.
• Oversee baggage make-up and airline-specific processes.
• Mentor staff to ensure quality performance.
