Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring a Ramp Agent at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This entry-level role includes paid on-the-job training and opportunities to grow. You’ll be part of a stable team supporting American Airlines Group.

You will load and unload freight and baggage, work outside in all weather, and enjoy flexible shifts with overtime potential. Employee travel perks and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or equivalent travel authorization.
• 18 years or older; high school diploma or GED or international equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail and baggage safely while ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
• No gym membership needed—your workout comes from lifting luggage during shifts.
• Cruise on the tarmac in company vehicles to move bags to destinations.
• As a Ramp Agent, work outside in all weather conditions.
• Shifts vary and may include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays; overtime available.

What you will be doing!

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals
• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift
• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination
• Tired of being stuck inside all day? As a Ramp Agent, you will enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required;some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
